Report of the Periodic Subject Review of Information Studies (formerly known as Humanities Advance Technology & Information Institute [HATII]) held on 7 February 2017.

Academic Standards Committee is invited to receive the report and approve the 9 recommendations contained therein for onward transmission to those identified for action.

Academic Standards Committee is also asked to note that following a meeting of Periodic Subject Review Conveners held on 16 December 2016, it was agreed that future reports would present examples of good practice separately from commendations, with the latter being used to identify innovative and exemplary activities for wider dissemination.
