Brief description of the paper 

The attached paper is a further update on the Programme Approval Recommendations from session 2012/13 for the MSc Visualisation programme validated by the University of Glasgow. It is submitted in response to a request from the Academic Standards Committee at its meeting on 23 May 2014 for further information in relation to Advisory Recommendation 4 and Advisory Recommendation 5, which at that time were still outstanding.

Advisory Recommendation 4 required the Head of Academic Programmes in the Digital Design Studio to consider the development of key communication skills in the curriculum and Advisory Recommendation 5 related to tutorial and mentoring support for part-time students.

Action Requested 

Academic Standards Committee is asked to note the further action taken in relation to Advisory Recommendation 4 and Advisory Recommendation 5.
