The paper contains a summary of the undergraduate annual monitoring reports from the College of Science and Engineering.

ASC is asked to consider the issues raised in the report. The College of Science and Engineering would particularly like to highlight the following Key Themes:

• MyCampus – ongoing concerns with the interface and challenges in extracting data and generating timetables
• Advisory System – concerns raised that introduction of new Advisers has increased workload for existing advisers providing support and issues raised with Adviser interaction with MyCampus
• Resource for Teaching Administration – evidence that properly resourced administration to support teaching improves student and staff experience, and to highlight that a number of areas would benefit from increased teaching administration resources
