Brief description of the paper

The attached paper contains the report of the Review and Re-validation of SAC programmes in the Agriculture Subject Group. The programmes are awards of the University of Glasgow comprising:

MSc/PgDip Applied Poultry Science

MSc/PgDip Organic Farming

HNC/HND/BSc/BSc (Hons) Agriculture

HNC/HND/BA/BA (Hons) Rural Business Management

HNC Poultry Production

The timing of the re-validation event has meant that the following programmes have been brought forward: HNC/HND/BA/BA (Hons) Rural Business Management and HNC Poultry Production by one year and MSc/PgDipApplied Poultry Science by three years. Additionally, MSc/PgDip Organic Farming has been delayed by one year. This brings all the programmes into alignment with the six-year re-validation cycle.
