Brief description of the paper
The paper provides information on Honours degree classifications at Glasgow for session 2010-11. Derived from Planning Office data used in the University’s HESA return, these data show student performance last session in terms of the percentage achieving 1st class Honours and, good Honours degrees (1st class and 2.1). Cohort figures are also shown. Table 1 shows the data grouped into subject areas and by the Joint degrees of BSc, MA and MA(SocSci), and Table 2 gives a more detailed breakdown of the same data, by HESA Subject Code.
