Report identifying themes of good practice arising from 2010-11 PSR review reports and highlighting good practice/key strengths, which may be worthy of wider dissemination.

Academic Standards Committee is invited to consider the paper and confirm whether the items identified should be disseminated across the University.

Academic Standards Committee is also asked to confirm that where instances of good practice have been noted that correspond closely to recommendations identified from the other reviews, that the Senate Office seek consent for the information to be forwarded directly to the Head of School/Subject where the corresponding recommendations were made.

The Senate Office will coordinate with relevant Heads of Subjects and Schools and the Learning & Teaching Centre.

Additional resources may be required for subjects/schools to implement the highlighted items of good practice/key strengths if they are considered to be worthy of wider dissemination.
