This proposal for devolved management of the Annual Monitoring process is intended to address issues concerning the current process for Annual Monitoring and to enhance the approach substantially, and also to improve efficiency. The proposals contained in the paper are planned to facilitate the integration of quality management with learning and teaching planning in the Colleges and Schools to benefit enhancement.

ASC is invited to:

i. comment on and approve the proposals for devolved Annual Monitoring;

ii. consider and approve the replacement of the Faculty Quality Assurance and Enhancement Officers Group with a Quality Officers Forum.
